Windows 7 Finally catching up to XP

Windows XP has held first place for a very long time but just as windows 7 is about to take the lead Windows 8 will come out. I'm assuming the "other" column is Linux and other operating systems. Windows XP offers solid reliable performance unlike windows vista, however windows 7 is easier on system resources which is why its much more popular.

  9. My work just made the whole company (we are a fortune 500 company) switch over to 7 and outlook 2010. I've loved the upgrade but so many people are lost... Poor IT team.

  21. I think Windows 7 sucks. But, that may be due to the fact I got used to Windows XP.
Well, at least it isn't Windows 95.

  24. Is 7 really that good? I've heard people say that OS performances have been going down ever since they started making windows 'beautiful'.

  25. Windows XP is way better than Vista, simply because Vista is shit. But I find Windows 7 to be much better for me. It takes some time to adjust to it from XP but it's all worth it.

  30. I went from XP to Ubuntu. Sometimes I want a Windows OS again for the little things that bug out like my camera issues and game compatibility, so my next computer will just have 2 HDDs. :]

  32. I went from using XP for years to 7 (Office 2010) when I got my laptop. I don't like the changes to office but the rest doesn't really matter. I really liked XP, I don't have any major issues now that I'm adjusted to 7.

Also, I appreciate your following my blog and I'm returning the favor.
