Kindle Fire Antutu Benchmark

The Kindle fire on android 2.3 Gingerbread does pretty decent in everday use and in benchmarks scoring just shy of 4500 points on the Antutu benchmark. My Samsung Galaxy Fascinate scores 3500 @ 1.3 Ghz and the kindle has a much greater resolution more benchmarks to come after I test out a few different roms.

I can only imagine the day (for now) when they easily score what my current pc does

  2. I bet I can afford one in about 4 years, but by that time, they'll be obsolete.

  5. Sad news friend I just heard there is a new Fire rumored to be in production with a "retina" style display (read as sharp as the ipad)

  8. I bought the Nook. I love Amazon, but they limited themselves too much with what's available on it. Price on it is good though.
